Naked Yoga | SF
Come for the Naked. Stay for the Yoga.
You Belong Here
We invite gentle queer souls — cis men, trans people, and those in between — to join the San Francisco Bay Area’s community of naked (aspiring) yogis.
Visitors are welcome!
Classes are fun, friendly, and non-sexual.
We have live harp music, homemade cookies, and naked hugs!
What’s not to love?
Why Naked Yoga?
This is a no shame zone.
Stripping away our clothes in a safe and affirming environment is one way to liberate ourselves, feel proud of who we are, and connect with our bodies (and each other) in a profound way.
Plus it’s more fun.
But I’m Not Flexible!
Um . . . yoga can help with that.
Bring your body as it is.
Yoga is for Every Body.

Do AstaYoga memberships apply?
